Caprice has been awarded the Best Product Quality – 1st Place seal by Deutschland Test and Focus Money in the current Best Product Quality 2026 study. In the footwear category, the brand achieved the best score among all shoe brands evaluated.
This is the sixth consecutive time that Caprice has received this award – underlining the brand’s long-standing commitment to reliable product quality, and confirming that it has been delivering a high level of quality over many years.
The award is based on a broad, independent consumer survey conducted by Deutschland Test in cooperation with the Cologne-based analysis and consulting company, ServiceValue. A total of 1,325 companies and brands across 61 product categories were evaluated. The study is based on around 184,000 consumer opinions, reflecting consumers’ own product experiences over the previous two years.
Caprice will use the award actively in its brand and trade communications, including advertising, social media, digital channels, trade marketing materials and selected point-of-sale applications.
In addition, Caprice will make approved POS materials featuring the seal available to its retail partners. This will allow specialist shoe retailers to present the award directly in-store and make Caprice’s quality recognition visible where purchase decisions are made.

Mr Cölsch added that the brand continues to invest in fit, material selection, workmanship and innovative comfort technologies, with the aim of developing shoes that meet the high expectations of today’s consumers.
