Crocs is set to open its first-ever London outlet store later this year at London Designer Outlet (LDO) in Wembley Park.
The global footwear brand will move into a 1,400sq ft unit offering its full range of casual footwear for adults and kids, including its clogs, sandals and trend-led styles. Shoppers will also be able to customise their footwear with a wide selection of Jibbitz charms.
Crocs is said to have signed a five-year lease on the store, joining a growing line-up of fashion and lifestyle retailers at the capital’s outlet centre, including French Connection, Rituals and Miniso, as LDO continues to evolve its offer to meet demand from a young, brand-conscious shopper base.
Quintain Retail Director, Matt Slade, said: “Crocs is a globally recognised brand that taps into the huge footwear trend amongst the dynamic, young and brand-savvy shopper demographic that we see here.
“LDO sits immediately within the buzz of London’s fast-growing, vibrant new neighbourhood with a diverse multi-generational audience and international students on the Wembley Park doorstep, while enjoying year-round high footfall driven by its iconic location next to the Wembley Stadium and excellent connectivity with London and commuter hubs.
“As a must-have and innovative brand, Crocs strengthens our position as London’s haven for shoppers seeking on-trend, premium footwear and trainers at affordable prices.”
LDO welcomes 16.4 million visitors a year and is managed by outlet specialist Multi-Realm.
Crocs posted record full-year sales of £3.2bn back in February, driven by robust direct-to-consumer growth and continued popularity among Gen Z shoppers.
